Alpha Waves

Alpha Waves.
When we relax or meditate, our brain is producing ‘Alpha’ waves (electromagnetic energy at 8-12 Hz)-  Zen-trained meditation masters produce noticeably more alpha waves during meditation.  I  feel we are not producing these….merely channeling energy present to us once we’ve dialed in.

Our earth’s diameter produces a standing half-wave of roughly the same magnitude 11.7 Hz.  What’s interesting  to me being the fact our earth produces and transmits alpha waves just before major earthquakes .01-10 Hz too & animals are  proven to show signs of anxiety right before them too-  when cats are trained to withhold motor movement, for example, they released SMR, or mu, waves, a wave similar to alpha waves. My theory is our relaxed meditative state allows ourselves to tap into the  earth’s resonant low frequency to a point we can  ‘tune’ in to what  it has to tell us.  While  many around us are into  higher spectrum energy  with super-collide atom smashers and  other higher frequency of energy into the GHz range to understand more about our universe, perhaps  we might do better with a bit more simple meditation to attune ourselves to   the very basic building blocks  or core energy present in so many  naturally occurring objects.

We’ve just had a massive  coronal  hole observed on our sun, this hole  just  revolved in a manner facing right at the earth for example.  These coronal holes produce extremely significant levels of alpha waves.  Coronal holes are areas where the Sun’s corona is darker, and colder, and has lower-density plasma than average, I’m  wondering if this is kind of like our low state of  energy we achieve in meditation (when we produce alpha waves)- if not it is a startling coincidence that  these ideas comes to me  just when I’m half-awake from  little sleep the last few months – @ 5:30 BC (before coffee) perfect conditions for relaxed meditative alpha peak!   Because coronal holes can last for several months, we have an opportunity to tap into a powerful source of lower energy spectrum  in the same range as these waves, after all the solar activity has been more powerful than in recent years.

Some unidentified objects that “shoot” protons, alpha particles and nuclei of heavier elements at Earth have been discovered in our solar system. High levels occur in  new and full moons.  Scientists  cannot understand what is going on… let’s all take a deep breath, go outside this weekend and meditate under the supermoon together! Instead of thinking we know anything, maybe we all might be able to collectively allow a greater insight to what our universe is trying to give to us.   ~ ∆٩
